Our Story

Zenith was built from experience, the kind that comes from military service, operating residential communities, and seeing firsthand what people need to move forward.

That experience shaped a housing approach centered on stability, dignity, accountability, and practical support. Zenith Strategic Acquisitions was created to bring those principles together in a residential model designed to help people move forward with greater consistency and support.

Our leadership brings 25 years of active-duty U.S. Air Force service, along with continued work supporting the U.S. Space Force. That experience informs Zenith’s disciplined, service-focused approach to housing and its commitment to creating stable environments for veterans and individuals seeking housing.

Combined with more than a decade of residential housing operations and real estate experience, our team understands both the human side of housing and the day-to-day responsibility required to operate clean, safe, stable homes.
